Lush is seeking a Casual Sales Ambassador in Columbus, Ohio, to provide exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. The Sales Ambassador will cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. They will consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Educate customers on brand values.
• Expand product knowledge.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
