Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager / Director CRM Transformation to join their team. This role involves working in interdisciplinary teams to solve complex challenges for clients. The ideal candidate will manage projects at an executive level and lead project teams independently. They will steer challenging CRM transformation projects, focusing on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in marketing, sales, and customer service. The candidate will also develop services and solutions and identify new customer segments for growth.

Requirements:
- A university degree
- 8 years of professional and leadership experience in CRM transformation
