Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant Data&Innovation / Data-Driven Government to join their team. The consultant will work on innovative projects in international teams, focusing on digital future topics. They will be responsible for designing and implementing strategy and transformation projects.

The role involves:

• Implementing digital applications for public administration using Data Science and Machine Learning methods.
• Developing innovative solutions for clients in the public sector, considering strategic, technological, and regulatory frameworks.
• Evaluating complex AI use cases at the intersection of IT, law, and public sector departments.
• Contributing to the transformation of public administration and empowering clients.

Capgemini Invent requires candidates to have:

• Ideally, initial practical project experience in consulting the public sector and knowledge of public administration processes and structures.
• Ideally, initial experience or knowledge in data processing and preparation or with Data Science and Machine Learning methods.
• Ideally, initial experience in dealing with (administrative) legal issues.
• A strong interest in public administration issues at the intersection of people, regulations, and IT.
• An outstanding degree (Bachelor / Master) with an economic, technical, or legal focus.
• Enjoyment in combining strategic analysis, technological understanding, and implementation work.
• High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
