Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant to drive change in the data-driven insurance sector. The consultant will collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions, leveraging strategic, creative, and scientific skills. This role involves shaping the future of insurance through data strategies and AI solutions.

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Guiding clients towards data-driven insurance practices.
• Developing data strategies, products, and AI solutions.
• Optimizing pricing strategies and underwriting rules.
• Designing modern data architectures and Machine Learning Ops.
• Supporting the AI Strategy Offering and new customer acquisition.

Capgemini Invent requires following skills:

• Project experience in data and analytics solutions or the insurance industry.
• A quantitative Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Technological understanding, strategic analysis skills, and a focus on insurance.
• Reliability, team spirit, and suitability for a leading management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent German and English skills.
