Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to drive change and develop future-oriented solutions for clients. The role involves collaborating with clients to unlock the potential of their data and revolutionize how insurance is perceived. The candidate will develop data strategies, optimize pricing, and shape modern data architectures.

Role Involves:

• Guiding clients towards data-driven organizations.
• Developing data strategies and AI solutions for insurance.
• Optimizing pricing strategies and underwriting rules.
• Designing modern data architectures and Machine Learning Ops.
• Supporting the offer process and AI Strategy Offering design.
• Ensuring compliance with Data Governance and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Project experience in agile, data-driven projects.
• Experience in project leadership within the insurance sector.
• Understanding of applying technology strategies in AI, Analytics, and Data Management.
• Expertise in programming algorithms and statistical models with Python and/or R.
• A degree in economics or STEM.
• Presentation and moderation skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
