Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant for HR Transformation & Digitalization. The role involves working with a team of experts to develop innovative solutions for complex client requirements and identify challenges and opportunities in HR transformation projects. The consultant will advise national and international clients on modern HR operating models and support organizational, process-related, and IT-related changes in HR.

Role Involves:

• Developing HR and HR-IT strategies for digitalization.
• Advising management on modern HR operating models.
• Supporting organizational and IT changes in HR.
• Analyzing requirements and supporting the implementation of HR-IT solutions.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in digital transformation consulting.
• Experience in project management for HR transformation projects.
• Expertise in digital HR transformation and HR-IT solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
