Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager HR Strategy & Transformation to join their team. The ideal candidate will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges, focusing on HR strategy for executive-level clients. This role involves managing and implementing complex business projects in HR Management, with a focus on HR strategy for executive-level clients.

The candidate will be responsible for holistic project management, leading teams, and ensuring the success of HR transformation projects. They will also be responsible for advising on global HR strategies and designing modern HR Target Operating Models with contemporary HR organizational structures. A key aspect of the role is to focus on the holistic People Experience in addition to increasing the efficiency of HR.

The role involves continuous market-oriented development of products and services and the development of new customer segments.

Role Involves:

  • Managing and implementing complex business projects in HR Management
  • Advising on global HR strategies
  • Designing modern HR Target Operating Models
  • Focusing on holistic People Experience

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience with budget responsibility in a consulting environment
  • Several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary teams as a project manager for complex end-to-end HR transformation projects
  • Expertise in HR Service Delivery, Next Gen HR TOM/TIM, Employee Experience, and UX-driven Design of HR processes
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
