Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager HR Payroll Transformation to join their team. This role involves working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges, focusing on payroll transformations for executive-level clients. The candidate will be responsible for the holistic project management, team leadership, and successful execution of payroll transformation projects.
Role Involves:
- Steering and implementing complex business projects in HR Management.
- Strategic consulting and development of payroll operating models.
- Optimizing payroll processes.
- Supporting technical implementations of payroll and time management solutions.
- Continuous development of products and services.
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience with budget responsibility in a consulting environment.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams for complex HR and HR IT transformation projects.
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for strategic analysis.
- Expertise in Payroll Advisory.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
