Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant Banking to join their team. This role involves working on projects and addressing client challenges in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Wealth Management. The consultant will actively shape trends and ensure the future viability of banks, focusing on areas such as Cost Efficiency, Sustainability (ESG), Risk & Compliance, Finance, Payments, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Experience (CX), and Change Management.
Role Involves:
- Developing innovative solutions for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Wealth Management.
- Designing trends and ensuring the future viability of banks.
- Working with a team to develop solutions to complex requirements.
- Supporting clients from conception to implementation of innovative and digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Several years of practical professional experience and initial leadership experience in a bank, FinTech, or management consultancy.
- An outstanding degree in economics, technology, and/or information technology.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the banking industry.
- Interest in the digital transformation of banks.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
