(Senior) Manager Banking (m/w/d)

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Banking to join their team. This role involves working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges and managing projects for executive-level clients. The candidate will lead teams and develop innovative solutions for Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management. They will also actively shape trends and ensure the future viability of banks, focusing on areas such as Cost Efficiency, Sustainability (ESG), Risk & Compliance, Finance, Payments, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Customer Experience (CX), and Change Management.

Role Involves:

• Project management for Executive-Level clients
• Leading teams and developing innovative solutions
• Shaping trends and ensuring the future viability of banks
• Managing digital transformation projects

Requirements:

• Several years of practical professional experience
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent degree in economics, technology, and/or information technology
• In-depth knowledge of current trends and challenges in the banking sector
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of strategic and analytical work
• Excellent German and English skills
