Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director Smart Grid (m/w/d) to advise clients on digital transformation projects in Netze & Asset Lifecycle. The role involves shaping future operating models, developing the consulting portfolio, and creating offers for clients. The candidate will also be responsible for talent acquisition and team development.

Role Involves:

• Advising clients on digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in strategy/management consulting or Energy & Utilities.
• Knowledge of End-to-End processes in Netz and Smart Grid technologies.
• Go-to-Market DNA with a network at CxO level.
• Leadership skills with a growth focus.
• Excellent degree in engineering or similar, ideally with an MBA or Ph.D.
• Excellent German and English skills.
