Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive change and develop solutions tailored to clients' challenges. The role involves collaborating with clients to improve business models and transformation strategies in the Life Sciences sector.
The Senior Consultant will advise national and international clients in the pharmaceutical industry along the entire value chain. They will identify client requirements, develop, and implement digitally supported solutions for key business functions. As part of an expert group, they will develop solutions to complex client requirements.

Role involves:- Leading (sub-) projects and addressing challenging tasks.
- Advising management of national and international clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identifying client requirements and developing digitally supported solutions.
- Collaborating within an expert group to develop solutions for complex client requirements.
- Practical professional experience and initial leadership experience in consulting or international companies.
- Excellent university degree in a technical, medical, chemical, scientific, business, or IT field.
- Interest in digital transformation and strategic analysis.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident demeanor.
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
