Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Pharma to join their team. This role involves working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges and managing projects for executive-level clients. The (Senior) Manager will develop strategies and business models for clients in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on areas such as personalized health and connected devices. They will also lead digital transformation projects, utilizing change management methods to support companies in future-proofing their R&D, supply chain, marketing, sales, and support functions.
Role Involves:
- Project management for executive-level clients

Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree
- Several years of relevant professional experience with budget responsibility in a consulting environment or international company
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for strategic analysis
- Very good German and English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
