Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Services Partner Manager to drive partner success by working with the Head of Partnerships and cross-functional teams. The Services Partner Manager will focus on partner initiatives including new partner screening reviews, strategic recruitment based on market needs, onboarding, enablement, partner program compliance, and services delivery management and oversight. This role involves managing a small number of Gold Tier Airtable Services partners to ensure they drive transformation outcomes in a customer-centric way. The Services Partner Manager will be integral in building out Airtable's partner strategy with cross-functional stakeholder and leadership support.Role involves:
- Cross-functional teamwork with various departments.
- Partner screening and onboarding.
- Partner management and enablement.
- Ensuring partner program compliance.
- Engagement matching and driving the partner service sales motion.
- Contributing to partner strategy and operations.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of partnerships experience, with an emphasis on managing services/solutions partnerships across B2B SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience working with enterprise partnerships with consulting and services companies.
- Ability to leverage critical thinking and frameworks to scale successful partnerships.
- Ability to prioritize based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Ability to train cross-functional teams internally on the value of partners.
- Ability to build and drive partner plans to achieve business goals.
- Comfortable discussing app building, integrations, and APIs.
