Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Base Optimization Specialist to join their Premium Support team. This role involves providing expert guidance to Enterprise customers on how to resolve issues and build solutions using Airtable during screen shares. The specialist will act as an advisor, understanding customer needs and leveraging their Airtable knowledge to help them succeed. They will also identify customer pain points and service gaps to inform product and support improvements.Role involves:
- Performing 1:1 Ask an Expert sessions over Zoom.
- Applying Airtable knowledge to various use cases.
- Guiding customers on leveraging Airtable.
- Creating and triaging Ask an Expert requests.
- Partnering with Technical Account Managers.
- Documenting innovative Use Cases for Airtable.
- Surfacing customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Passionate about Airtable's mission.
- Experienced Airtable builder.
- Proficient in workflow design.
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter.
