Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join its Sales Operations Team. This role is crucial in designing and executing Airtable’s go-to-market motion, driving operational excellence across the GTM organization, and supporting scalable revenue growth. The Sales Operations Manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Finance, Enablement, and Systems teams to evolve Airtable’s GTM systems, processes, and data infrastructure.Role involves:

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects within global SaaS sales organizations
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and proficiency with sales engagement platforms
  • Proven experience in data enrichment strategy and implementation
  • High EQ communicator who can translate complex business issues into clear, actionable insights
  • Track record of successfully implementing systems improvements and process optimization
  • Strategic thinker who can transform business needs into operational solutions
  • Ability to build trust across organizational boundaries and drive alignment effectively
