Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Sr. Manager of Commissions to lead and transform its incentive compensation operations. The Sr. Manager will oversee the Commissions team, collaborating with various departments to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role requires strategic foresight and the ability to execute tactical initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commission team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with revenue operations to craft best-in-class compensation plans.
  • Lead the calculation of incentive compensation for all participants globally.
  • Lead financial accounting for commissions, including managing the monthly close process.
  • Act as business owner for CaptivateIQ, defining success outcomes and system requirements.
  • Drive process enhancements and automation projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a sales operations or finance role handling sales compensation.
  • 3+ years in a people management role.
  • Experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology public companies is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of sales compensation design, implementation, and operations.
  • Proficiency in ICM systems (preferably CaptivateIQ or similar), CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or similar), ERP systems (preferably Workday or similar) and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills.
