Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing, AI to lead AI product marketing initiatives and core product marketing functions. This role involves shaping the strategic positioning and go-to-market strategy for Airtable's entire product portfolio, with a special emphasis on AI capabilities. The Senior Director will lead a team of product marketers and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to elevate Airtable's profile as an AI-first company, driving full-funnel marketing efforts, including building pipeline for newly launched AI products. Reporting to the Head of Product and Solutions Marketing, this individual will be a key member of the marketing leadership team.Role involves:
- Overseeing product marketing for the platform, including messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Partnering with product and sales leadership to shape the AI roadmap and go-to-market approach.
- Creating and executing go-to-market strategies for AI product launches.
- Developing a deep understanding of how customers leverage the platform and AI capabilities.
- Owning the narrative around the core platform, with a focus on AI capabilities.
- Equipping sales teams with content, training, and tools to communicate the value proposition.
- Developing pricing models and packaging strategies.
- Generating press and influencer momentum for AI initiatives.
- Building and managing a product marketing team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software, with experience in generative AI technologies.
- Experience managing product marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in B2B and product-led growth marketing models.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence across organizations.
- Storytelling and presentation skills, particularly around technical topics.
- Track record of leading successful product launches.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term vision.
