Later, a leader in social media and influencer marketing, is seeking a Creative Director to lead its Creative Team and build a world-class brand. The Creative Director will collaborate with Marketing Leadership to define the creative vision for projects, utilizing digital, print, and video strategies to create integrated campaigns. A strong grasp of sales-led growth and marketing strategy is essential.

Role involves:

  • Supporting and optimizing marketing strategies with stakeholders.
  • Developing and managing brand guidelines.
  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to the Creative Team.
  • Optimizing processes & workflow.
  • Testing design and execution.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience designing for digital, web, and print.
  • 4+ years of creative leadership experience.
  • SaaS company experience (preferably SLG).
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch, and/or XD.
  • Experience with marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
