Job Description

BDA is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support a business unit within Operations. The HR Business Partner will act as the first point of contact for all employee matters, questions, and concerns. This position will be based out of Woodinville, WA or Troy, MI office and will be onsite 4-5 days per week.

Role Involves:

  • Acting as employee advocate.
  • Providing consultation to leadership on employee relations.
  • Conducting employee investigations.
  • Coaching and advising leadership.
  • Supporting talent acquisition.
  • Managing leave of absence.
  • Ensuring legal compliance.
  • Developing and implementing employee programs.
  • Maintaining employee files and training records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years progressive HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint.
  • Prior HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems experience.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, and understand HR compliance requirements.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required (4-5 days/week in office).
