Job Description
Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking an Assistant(e) de Vie (H/F) in Rambouillet. This role involves providing meaningful support to elderly individuals, offering both part-time and full-time CDI positions. Ouihelp prioritizes adapting missions to the employee's daily life, ensuring a stable schedule with no missions shorter than one hour, fostering strong connections with beneficiaries and their families.

Role Involves:
  • Providing companionship and support
  • Assisting with essential daily tasks

Requirements:
  • A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
  • Alternatively, 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal paid training
