Job Description
Pacvue is seeking a Director, Sales – Global HoldCos to manage and grow relationships with global HoldCos. This role involves crafting and executing a global account management strategy, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for Pacvue solutions.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing a global account management strategy.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within global HoldCos.
  • Leading a high-performing team of agency development managers.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and driving value for clients.
  • Addressing and resolving client issues effectively.
  • Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports.
  • Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Gathering client feedback to drive product and service improvements.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and providing thought leadership.
Requirements include:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media industry.
  • Significant experience working with global HoldCos.
  • A well-established network of senior-level contacts within global HoldCos.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
