Job Description
Pacvue is seeking a Director, Sales – Global HoldCos to manage and grow relationships with global HoldCos. This role involves crafting and executing a global account management strategy, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth for Pacvue solutions.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a global account management strategy.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within global HoldCos.
- Leading a high-performing team of agency development managers.
- Identifying growth opportunities and driving value for clients.
- Addressing and resolving client issues effectively.
- Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports.
- Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Gathering client feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and providing thought leadership.
Requirements include:
- 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media industry.
- Significant experience working with global HoldCos.
- A well-established network of senior-level contacts within global HoldCos.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in a global environment.
