NATIONAL Public Relations is seeking a Senior Digital Communications Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about communications, have experience in digital strategies, and be sensitive to public affairs. This role involves shared responsibilities between the Montreal and Ottawa offices, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating on digital strategies, including social media advertising campaigns.
  • Developing audience targeting strategies across various channels.
  • Creating social media strategies, managing editorial calendars, and making recommendations.
  • Producing content and publishing on digital platforms in both French and English.
  • Managing online communities by responding to comments and messages.
  • Providing data and insights to inform communication strategies.
  • Conducting digital audits to understand target audiences and their behavior.
  • Identifying development opportunities with potential and existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education in digital media, journalism, public relations, advertising, or communications.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the digital field.
  • Experience with digital mobilization campaigns.
  • Proficiency in advertising tools on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for social media and the web.
  • Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work with colleagues from other NATIONAL offices in Canada and sister companies worldwide.
