Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Auxiliaire de Vie (H/F) to provide essential support to elderly and disabled individuals in Avesnes le Comte. The role involves providing personalized care and assistance to a beneficiary with disabilities, offering a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on their life.

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions
• Accompanying the beneficiary on outings and appointments
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal training program
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
