The role involves providing assistance with daily living activities, fostering strong relationships with clients and their families. Ouihelp emphasizes a supportive team environment with personalized onboarding, a dedicated point of contact, and innovative digital tools to streamline administrative tasks.

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with essential daily tasks

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with completion of Ouihelp's internal training program
