Responsable de secteur aide à domicile CDD (H/F)

Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsable de Secteur to join their operational teams in Évry-Courcouronnes. This is a 6-month CDD position, covering a maternity leave from July to December 2025. The role involves developing and managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of home care assistants, building and maintaining a network of referrers, and ensuring the high quality of Ouihelp's services.Responsibilities include:

• Handling home care requests from prospects, including needs assessment and care plan development.
• Matching appropriate caregivers to beneficiaries' needs.
• Managing caregiver schedules.
• Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in the area.
• Providing accurate reporting to the Regional Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal care services.
• Bac +2 diploma in social, medical-social, or personal services.
• Excellent listening and customer service skills.
• Strong autonomy, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Passion for fieldwork and operations.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
