Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Responsable de secteur aide à domicile to strengthen its operational teams in Paris. This role involves developing and managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of home care assistants, building and maintaining a network of referrers, and ensuring the high quality of Ouihelp's services. The ideal candidate will possess experience, strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and autonomy to coordinate effectively between beneficiaries, their families, and home care providers.
The role involves:
- Managing home care requests, assessing needs, and developing care plans.
- Matching appropriate caregivers to beneficiaries' situations.
- Managing caregiver schedules.
- Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Reporting activities to the Regional Director.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal care services.
- Bac +2 diploma in social/medical-social services.
- Excellent listening and client service skills.
- Strong autonomy, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Comfort with digital tools.
