Scale is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of high performance and a passion for the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence space. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Business Development and focuses on outbound prospecting and qualifying sales opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.
Role Involves:
Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and research.
Crafting personalized outbound messaging to secure meetings with key personas.
Conducting high-level qualification conversations with Senior Executives.
Communicating the value of Scale and its products to potential customers.
Collaborating with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing.
Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced Enterprise software or technical environment.
Proven track record of consistent top performance.
Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience prospecting into large technical enterprise organizations.
Process-oriented and organized with the ability to work well in unstructured environments.
