Job Description
Scale is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to drive significant revenue growth within its Generative AI business unit. The SPL will lead high-impact customer pipelines, making critical decisions to improve data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities across operations. The SPL will report progress updates to Scale’s executive team.
    Role involves:
  • Owning customer pipelines and making decisions impacting data quality and revenue.
  • Designing data taxonomy to improve model performance.
  • Building pipeline infrastructure for quality and efficiency.
  • Training and managing global teams.
  • Developing analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market.
    Requirements:
  • Strong technical background (engineering or computer science degree preferred).
  • Ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team or developing product/operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and mindset.
