Scale AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Pay & Incentives team. This role is based in Mexico City and requires working from the office two days a week. The Pay & Incentives team is responsible for ensuring fair contributor pay and driving incentives for high-quality work. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial engineer capable of leading the execution of outcomes in an ambiguous environment.
Role Involves:
Owning large areas within our product
Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify business opportunities and refine requirements for pay and incentive schemes.
Building features end-to-end, including front-end, back-end, system design, debugging, and testing.
Delivering experiments at a high velocity and level of quality to engage customers.
Providing input in the Pay & Incentives team’s roadmap and technical direction.
Mentoring less experienced engineers.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
A track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment.
Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
