Forward Deployed Engineer, Agent Oversight

Job Description

Scale AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their Oversight team, which is focused on ensuring safe and consistent AI decision-making through real-time oversight. This role involves bridging the gap between Scale AI's cutting-edge technology and customer needs, blending customer-focused solution engineering with hands-on infrastructure and development work. The Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate closely with product engineers, researchers, and customer teams to drive the adoption and success of Scale AI's AI Oversight capabilities in real-world environments.

What this role involves:

• Leading the technical integration of Oversight features into diverse customer environments.
• Developing robust interfaces, dashboards, validation tools, and services.
• Designing, developing, troubleshooting, and deploying reliable code.
• Partnering with senior engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Acting as a technical point of contact for enterprise customers and internal teams.
