Job Description
Scale is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join its Finance team in San Francisco. This role involves making data-driven and financially sound decisions for the company. The Finance team partners with leadership, manages the company’s budget, drives planning processes, allocates resources, and performs financial analyses.

The Strategic Finance Manager will work closely with department heads on business issues and use insights to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the company's workforce planning system (TeamOhana).
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and Analytics to maintain KPIs.
  • Support the development of our financial forecasting system (Fintastic).
  • Partner with finance and accounting to support process improvements.
  • Recommend enhancements to forecasting tools and reporting.
  • Help execute financial strategies to support Scale growth.


Requirements:
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience in Corporate or Strategic Finance.
  • Experience with Financial Forecasting Tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Fintastic).
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage large data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Expert Excel modeling skills.
