Scale is seeking a strategic and experienced VP of Finance to lead their Generative AI business. This role will be instrumental in shaping the strategy and financial execution of this hyper-growth business. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, pricing, and deal desk activities to drive growth. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Role involves:
  • Consolidating financial plans and operational budgets.
  • Providing financial insights on operational performance and costs.
  • Building strong relationships with Operations, Technology, and GTM teams.
  • Setting pricing strategy and deal desk frameworks.
  • Driving impactful projects for the business.
  • Leading efforts to set and monitor financial efficiency targets.
  • Driving long-term forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in finance, operations, or delivery finance roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional financial teams.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with long-term strategic financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and hands-on leadership style.
