Job Description
Scale AI is seeking a Brand Designer to join their Interactive Brand Studio. This role involves designing branded assets for web and print, ensuring visual consistency across all communications. The Brand Designer will partner with the Communications Team to translate messaging strategies into visual narratives and collaborate with the Brand Team to refine the design system. They will also work with cross-functional partners to clarify project needs and advocate for brand standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft compelling branded assets for web and print.
  • Partner with the Communications Team to translate messaging strategies into cohesive visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team to grow and refine our design system.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to clarify project needs and deliver impactful visual solutions.
  • Advocate for consistent and intentional application of brand standards.
  • Prioritize projects effectively and deliver high-quality design work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of brand design experience
  • Portfolio of brand design work demonstrating strong use of hierarchy, color, and form
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to leverage sketching skills to ideate quickly
  • Interest in AI
