Job Description
Scale is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive awareness and engagement for its offerings. This role focuses on International Public Sector (IPS) offerings, requiring the development and optimization of messaging, collateral, and content to resonate with core IPS buyers.Scale is looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, engineering, research, sales, comms, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive customer experience across all channels.Responsibilities:
  • Help develop clear, compelling messaging for enterprise offerings.
  • Localize messaging, content, and collateral for audiences in the Middle East and Europe.
  • Lead and advance the GTM strategy for product ownership areas.
  • Support the creation of case studies highlighting customer success.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of product and feature launches and campaigns.
  • Create marketing assets including slide decks, videos, blog posts, and one-pagers.
  • Manage the digital footprint for IPS offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, growth marketing, sales, field marketing, and communications teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B enterprise or public sector environments.
  • Experience focused on the Middle East.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, storytelling, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work across functions.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Lived in Doha, Dubai, or London, or are willing to relocate.
