Job Description

Scale is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its rapidly growing International Public Sector (IPS) team in Doha, Qatar. The HR Business Partner will work closely with leaders and team members to ensure the people and organizational strategy supports the growing business. This role involves providing comprehensive HRBP support, coaching leaders, leading people programs, and providing people operations support to the local IPS team members.

Role Involves:

  • Providing day-to-day HRBP support to the IPS business unit.
  • Advising leaders and managers on best people practices.
  • Leading project management for people programs.
  • Driving organization and order for people data.
  • Providing people operations support, including visa processing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience, with 1+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience engaging with management and building relationships with leaders.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leveraging data to inform people practices.
  • Knowledge of local HR policies and best practices.
