Job Description
The Recruiting Operations Manager role at Scale is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves leading a team of recruiting coordinators and managing the operational aspects of coordination. This person will drive program management on key programs, specifically candidate experience, to enable the recruiting team to be successful.

Role involves:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Recruiting Coordinators.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and coordination of interviews.
  • Championing a positive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Leading cross-functional projects related to recruiting operations.
  • Generating and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment coordination organization.
  • 4+ years experience leading and developing a high performing team.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies, solutions and executing, to ensure the strongest process.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
