Workleap is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist for ShareGate, a solution that simplifies data management in Microsoft 365. The role focuses on equipping sales and customer success teams to drive sales and customer retention. The Senior Specialist will develop and implement impactful coaching strategies to enhance the capabilities of revenue teams, improve their efficiency, and maximize value for clients. This position involves competitive intelligence and strategic alignment with IT partners, contributing to ShareGate's growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering targeted coaching programs.
  • Creating and evolving impactful playbooks.
  • Creating and optimizing ShareGate materials.
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and partner teams.
  • Leading competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Working with distribution partners to improve conversion rates.
  • Articulating ShareGate's value proposition within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Measuring and improving the effectiveness of coaching programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, sales training, product marketing, or a revenue-related role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Experience creating high-impact enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, account management, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
