Job Description
Workleap is seeking a dynamic and passionate Account Manager to focus on the renewal and expansion of existing clients. In this role, the Account Manager will build strong relationships and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs. They will ensure clients fully benefit from their investment in Workleap, fostering long-term partnerships.
The Account Manager will manage small, medium, and large clients globally, acting as a consultant and sharing expertise on Workleap products. They will join a collaborative sales team that values teamwork and continuous learning, prioritizing client needs above all else.
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and track opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and increasing renewal rates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for commercial aspects, including contracts and billing.
- Address client requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Identify at-risk clients and provide support to retain them.
- Optimize processes to improve client experience.
- Share best practices tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain knowledge of Workleap solutions and their markets.
- Document client information in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management with ambitious monthly targets.
- Experience identifying growth opportunities and selling to existing clients.
- Proven history of detecting client issues and proposing relevant solutions.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in technology sales (SaaS & Inbound).
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
