Job Description

Amplemarket is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. Amplemarket's platform helps B2B companies generate more opportunities through lead generation, personalized sequencing, omnichannel outreach, and AI-powered smart actions. The Infrastructure Engineer will play a crucial role in building and automating foundational systems for reliability, security, performance, developer velocity, and scale.

Role involves:

• Scaling Amplemarket’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance
• Detecting blindspots and adding observability to mitigate them
• Working closely with product engineers to design reliable rollouts of new features
• Reviewing code, proposals and participate in architectural discussions
• Building reproducible automations for the most urgent infrastructure needs
• Defining solutions to save internal teams time when moving code to production
• Keeping on top of potential threats/patches with a security-first mindset
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the development process/workflow

Requirements:

• Experience designing and maintaining complex/large/growing systems
• Ability to identify potential issues in system designs and code
• Love for debugging and finding the root cause of production issues
• Proactive approach to fixing broken systems and suggesting improvements
• Understanding of metrics to ensure everything is working properly
• Based somewhere between the GMT-3 and GMT+2 timezones
