Job Description
Pemo, a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing expense management in the GCC, is seeking a Country Manager for their KSA operations. Cherry Ventures is supporting Pemo with this hire. The Country Manager will lead operations, drive growth, build a local team, and establish Pemo as a market leader in Saudi Arabia. This role involves full P&L ownership and requires a strategic and execution-focused individual with deep knowledge of the Saudi market.

What this role involves:
  • Launching and scaling KSA operations.
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution.
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales and customer success team.
  • Owning market strategy and making key business decisions.
  • Engaging with regulators to ensure compliance.
  • Representing Pemo in KSA and building partnerships.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.
  • Sales leadership experience, mentoring and leading sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to scale a business.
  • Strategic and execution-focused mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory understanding.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
