Zinnia is seeking an Analyst III, Client Success to serve as a liaison between operations, client carriers, and various departments. This role involves facilitating communication, providing support, and ensuring the implementation of quality business solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role involves:
- Serving as the operational strategic point of contact for client carriers.
- Providing direction and guidance to Client Operational Analysts.
- Facilitating communication with the client.
- Managing escalated operational issues.
- Leading recurring operational meetings with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience within a Business Operations function.
- Effective facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to travel 10% - 20% of the time.
