Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Client Success Analyst to serve as a liaison between operations, client carriers, and other departments. This role involves facilitating communication, providing guidance, and ensuring business solutions are implemented effectively. The Client Success Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs and organizational goals.

Role Involves:
  • Serving as the operational strategic point of contact for client carriers and client partners.
  • Providing direction and guidance to Client Operational Specialists.
  • Facilitating communication with the client, including providing data and leading discussions.
  • Managing escalated operational issues from intake to resolution.
  • Facilitating on-site client visits and tours.
  • Assisting with client business reviews.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience within a Business Operations function, the financial industry, training or education, including management and leadership experience.
  • Effective facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proven ability to support a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven ability to learn new processes quickly and present content in a simplified manner.
  • Software knowledge and demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office products, Learning Management Software, and Design Software.
  • Ability to travel 10% -20% of the time.
