Zinnia is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to enhance customer engagement and drive growth across all CRM channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of CRM campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis. This role involves shaping customer journeys, optimizing marketing automation workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver personalized experiences.Zinnia is the leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth.   • Developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Creating and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Optimizing workflows and leveraging data to create personalized experiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B test plans.
  • Measuring success metrics and sharing actionable insights.
  • Concepting, coding (HTML/CSS), and testing email templates.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
  • Experience with email/CRM tools (Iterable, Braze, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Experience with email design (Litmus) and landing pages (Unbounce, InstaPage).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, particularly in coding emails and landing pages.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and communicating with stakeholders.
