Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Team Lead for Life Insurance Case Management to manage and develop a high-performing team within the Case Management Department. This role serves as a critical link between Zinnia's life insurance clients and insurance carriers, facilitating client applications from beginning to end. The position emphasizes team development, performance management, and quality control.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing the performance of a team of 10-20 associates.
  • Conducting performance reviews and professional development conversations.
  • Managing time off and timecards.
  • Addressing performance issues through coaching and feedback.
  • Managing capacity and queues to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support for skill building.
  • Collaborating with the quality assurance team.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in client conversions and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in case management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Sound judgment in people situations.
