Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Director, Client Partner to manage client relationships and drive revenue expansion. The role involves understanding client needs, developing strategic account plans, and identifying upsell opportunities. The Director will also need to deeply understand Zinnia's FinTech products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

Role Involves:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gathering client requirements and overseeing the implementation process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and FinTech products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
