Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Senior Director, Client Partner with experience in Financial Technology (FinTech). The ideal candidate will have a history of handling client relationships, fostering revenue expansion, and introducing solutions within the FinTech Industry.
The Senior Director, Client Partner will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities to add value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand Zinnia's suite of FinTech products and services.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and oversee implementation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, relationship management, client solutions, or related functions.
- 3+ years as a people manager.
- A strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
