Zinnia is seeking a Senior Manager, RevOps to optimize sales and operational efficiency. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing. The Senior Manager will manage projects, conduct business analysis, and support the sales team with CRM and SalesOps best practices.
Role involves:
- Managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Optimizing sales and operational efficiency.
- Conducting business analysis.
- Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Serving as a point of contact for sales team members for CRM.
- Driving process improvement and managing CRM aspects.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of analytical and problem-solving experience in sales strategy or RevOps or SalesOps.
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and revenue management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
- Experience leveraging leading CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
