Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Senior Manager, RevOps to optimize sales and operational efficiency. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing. The Senior Manager will manage projects, conduct business analysis, and support the sales team with CRM and SalesOps best practices.

Role involves:
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Optimizing sales and operational efficiency.
  • Conducting business analysis.
  • Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Serving as a point of contact for sales team members for CRM.
  • Driving process improvement and managing CRM aspects.

Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of analytical and problem-solving experience in sales strategy or RevOps or SalesOps.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and revenue management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
  • Experience leveraging leading CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
