Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Senior Manager, RevOps to support sales and optimize processes. The Senior Manager, RevOps will work cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strategic, and a problem solver.

What this role involves:
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Optimizing sales and operational efficiency.
  • Conducting business analysis.
  • Delivering executive-level communication and presentations.
  • Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Serving as a point of contact for CRM and salesops best practices.
  • Driving process improvement and managing various aspects of the CRM.

Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales strategy or RevOps or SalesOps.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and revenue management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to validate data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
  • Experience leveraging leading CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
