Zinnia is seeking a Senior Manager, RevOps to support sales and optimize processes. The Senior Manager, RevOps will work cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strategic, and a problem solver.
What this role involves:
- Managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Optimizing sales and operational efficiency.
- Conducting business analysis.
- Delivering executive-level communication and presentations.
- Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Serving as a point of contact for CRM and salesops best practices.
- Driving process improvement and managing various aspects of the CRM.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales strategy or RevOps or SalesOps.
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and revenue management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to validate data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
- Experience leveraging leading CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
