Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Client Implementation Services team. This role involves providing software platform and business support to Zinnia’s customers, managing client requirements, and ensuring a clear understanding of client business. The Business Analyst will work with both clients and internal teams, managing client relationships and expectations, and contributing to the development of standards and feedback methods.

Role Involves:
  • Managing communications related to client accounts.
  • Analyzing client requests and defining project scope.
  • Supporting the Client Implementation Manager in project implementation.
  • Developing work-specific deliverables.
  • Managing business prioritization and deployment.
  • Coordinating with different teams across time zones.
  • Training clients on system use.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Issue/risk tracking and resolution.
  • Supporting client testing and resolving issues.
  • Debugging product profiles and forms.

Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree required.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience with 3 years in an analyst position.
  • Methodical critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business analysis knowledge and experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to write Business Requirements Documents and Software Requirement Documents.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technical skills.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office.
  • Mastery of scheduling and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
